ACCOUNTING OFFICER

We are registered with the Institute of Professional Accountants (www.saipa.co.za) which gives you peace of mind that we are forced to keep up to date with all relative legislation and also have access to a panel of experts should we need to use them.

In addition this means that we are a commissioner of oaths and is qualified as per the Close Corporation Act to be appointed as an Accounting Officer to Corporations.

The Institute also liaises with SARS & CIPC on an on-going bases, giving us a voice where it matters.
